  • “Service”: Appointment scheduling, reminders, and related tools provided by Appt24.

  • “Content”: Data, text, images, or materials uploaded to the Platform.

3. User Responsibilities
a. Account Registration

  • Provide accurate, current information during registration.

  • Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify Appt24 immediately of unauthorized use.

b. Acceptable Use

  • Use the Platform lawfully and ethically.

  • Do not engage in:

    • Fraudulent activity or impersonation.

    • Spamming, hacking, or distributing malware.

    • Uploading harmful/violent content.

  • Comply with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, or local laws).

c. Healthcare Providers

  • Ensure all listed information (licenses, qualifications, availability) is accurate and up-to-date.

  • Adhere to medical ethics and legal obligations in patient interactions.

4. Privacy & Data Handling

  • Appt24 collects personal data (e.g., name, contact details, health information) as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

  • Data is used to facilitate appointments, improve services, and comply with legal requirements.

  • Security measures (encryption, access controls) protect user data, but absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

  • Third-party services (e.g., payment gateways) may process data under their own policies.

5. Account Suspension/Termination

    • Endorse or verify the quality of medical services.

    • Assume liability for disputes arising from appointments (e.g., malpractice, misdiagnosis).

  • Users are responsible for verifying Healthcare Providers’ credentials and suitability.

7. Payments & Fees

  • Patients: Fees for appointments are set by Healthcare Providers. Appt24 may charge transaction/service fees.

  • Healthcare Providers: Subscription or commission fees may apply for using the Platform.

  • Refunds are subject to the Healthcare Provider’s policies. Appt24 is not liable for payment disputes.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All Platform content (logos, text, software) is owned by Appt24 or licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

  • Users retain ownership of uploaded Content but grant Appt24 a license to use it for Platform operations.

9. Limitation of Liability
Appt24 is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., data loss, service interruptions).

  • Medical outcomes or disputes between Users and Healthcare Providers.

  • Third-party actions (e.g., payment processors, linked websites).

10. Governing Law & Disputes
